James B. Beasley
Jim is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Charlotte with a Bachelor’s degree in Geography (’85) and a Professional degree from the College of Architecture (’89). Jim has been registered since 1994. He is a registered Architect in North and South Carolina and also holds NCARB national accreditation.
Jim has experience in many building types. More than half of his 25 years of experience has been focused in commercial retail and restaurant development. He is well versed in all aspects of the design process including master planning, design, construction documentation and construction administration.

Frank A Goppold Jr.
Frank is a graduate of the Kent State University College of Architecture and Environmental Design. He has been registered since 1982, is registered and active in numerous states, as well as holding NCARB national accreditation.
Frank is a member of Urban Land Institute and ICSC. He has a wide base of experience in almost all building types, and is especially expert in retail planning, design, and construction. Frank’s work has been nationally recognized by The International Council of Shopping Centers , as well.
Frank is very familiar wih all aspects of the design process from master planning through tenant turnover.

Goppold Architecture is a multidisciplinary firm providing a full range of Architectural design services for building types which include Office, Residential, Mixed use and Multi Use.
